The goal of the Lovato R&D team is to innovate side by side with our OEM customers, utilizing our specific know-how to develop and produce new products and solutions for thermo-hydraulic systems.

Project development

Dialogue and identification of customer/partner needs
Our team is always available and in close contact with OEM customers, ready to receive and respond to all the requests of information and problem solutions. We help partners identify the needs and specific requests in order to highlight the project’s objective for the entire development team.

Three-dimensional development of the project through practical advices linked to our know-how.
With the help of 3D software we start the project development by identifying the critical points which, thanks to our know-how and practical experience deriving from the installation and utilization of our products, turn into millions of opportunities

All round design accompanied by design notebook
We carry out complete & operational design of the product and provide technicians with a useful design notebook in the execution, use and testing of the products.

Product customization

Customizations according to customer’s needs
We are able to customize the product both in the internal parts and external design depending on the type of customer’s need.

Creation of instruction manual with exploded view of spare parts.
We create a complete instruction manual which details the available spare parts that are useful to the installer and maintenance technician.

Quality control and support

Laboratory tests for functional evaluation in static and dynamic conditions.
In the laboratory we recreate the static and dynamic working conditions of the products for the characterization of the modules with the preparation of data reports and trend analysis.

Quality check
We control the production quality and test the products according to customer specifications.

Support and training of our partners’ pre-post sales services
We provide support to our customers and partners by training sellers and customer services in the pre and post sales phase. This ensures the alignment of all teams on the technical product specifications.
