Double-load solar exchange and separation module

Description:
BIG EXOL-AR2 is a pre-assembled solar heat transfer module for
charging technical water storage tanks and buffer tanks.

A high-efficiency steel plate heat exchanger "exchanges"
the heat from the solar circuit to the storage tank circuit.

BIG EXOL-AR2 is equipped with a diverter valve for double load management
to improve water stratification.

The EXOL module are managed by an electronic control unit that provides for the control of the speed (0-10V function) of the high efficiency circulator of the primary circuit ensuring optimal use of solar energy.

- Control unit with 40 selectable diagrams:
- Can be integrated with SD card for the storage of operating data and equipped with Ethernet port for the remote management of the system and the eventual reporting of anomalies.
- 2-way ON/OFF motorized valve, primary by-pass circuit, in solar operation remains closed. When the temperature in the solar circuit measured by the S5) probe drops below 0°C, the valve opens by closing the two-way valve at the outlet in the primary return circuit, avoiding the passage of the fluid inside the plate heat exchanger, avoiding breakages caused by ice.
