LOVATO Solar Hot Water Controller & Pump Stations: EFFICIENCY AND HIGH PERFORMANCE FROM YOUR SOLAR SYSTEM.

They are suitable for all forced circulation solar systems. They move on the water from the solar collectors to the buffer tank. The electronic solar controller grants the best control and management of the solar system.

 

Solar energy, a step ahead.

Thanks to the solar stations we can transfer the heat from the solar collector to the buffer.

LOVATO solar stations can be connected to the heat exchanger of each tank: with coil, buffer, Sanitank.

The pump is switch-on by the solar controller.

The solar stations are equipped with safety and control  components.

The insulation drastically reduce the heat losses.

 

The LOVATO Solar Hot Water Controller & Pump Stations are equipped with a flow setter connected to the controller, on the display we can check the flow rate and the heat quantity.

The management of the thermal solar system by controller LovaSOL MTDC is made through the analysis of the temperature difference measured by the sensors.

The pump is switched on in funtion of the difference of the Δt measured and Δt set.

VERTIGO VRD-90 is a forced circulation solar thermal station with variable flow rate 2-12 l/min.

In order to protect the digital solar controllers from the overheating, VERTIGO VRD-90 is equipped with an insulation that totally separates the solar station from the digital controller.

The frontal covering case has an air intake that allows the right aeration of the electronic device.

VERTIGO VRD-90 solar thermal station is ready for the installation of variable speed energy-saving circulators. The lateral position of the circulators guarantees the best aeration so that board electronics are well protected.

• 2-way ON/OFF motorised valve, primary by-pass circuit, remains in closed position while the system is operating in solar function. When the temperature in the solar circuit (measured by S5 probe) goes below 0° C, the regulator which opens the relative valve and at the same time closes the output 2-way valve on the primary return circuit, avoiding the passage of the fluid inside the plate exchanger and also avoiding damages caused by icing.
