BOMBER is a inertial micro storage tank with zone distribution: its function is to work with heat pump and further support heat source.

Its purpose is facilitates the functioning of the heat pump for covering the heat demand granting an optimized modulation and covers the peak loasds with the support of the ancillary heat source.

It is composed of a vertical module and with a diagphram in the middle that divide the flow and return chambers. In the flow chamber is installed an automatic air vent.
The module acts as hydraulic swich and headers, where thwo distribution modules can be fixed.

The internal diaphram and the position of the secondary connections grants a correct stratification of the fluid, preventing its mixing between two levels of temperature.

It is supplied with automatic air vent and sensor pocket (at the top) and probe holder on the upper part, and with drain connection in the lower part.

KOMPAT DN 20 system is used for the distribution and management of zones heating systems.

It is composed of a hydraulic separator, a zone manifold from 2 to 4 zones and 3 different circulation units:

DN 20 – ¾” “HVTC-90” constant temperature unit is a low temperature system used in floor heating systems.

It includes a 3-way mixing valve regulated by a thermostatic actuator, by which the desired constant flow temperature is set.

It has a safety system consisting of a contact thermostat applied to flow and connected to the pump, which assures the switching off of the same, if temperature rises above the maximum level set.

 

The valve has 2 bypass:

upper bypass (plant circuit): takes a part of the plant return water and runs it into flow, thus allows the recovery of heat and the balance of flow temperature; it is ideal for underfloor heating systems

-  lower by-pass (boiler side): allows to bypass the flow fluid when the gas boiler has a circulating pump. It is possible to mount the valve to wall with the bracket kit

DEFLUT Air separator-decanter

DEFLUT is a cylindrical steel body which is used as an air separator and decanter in traditional and underfloor heating systems.

It may be positioned on flow or return according to the type of plant.

It has connections for the following accessories: safety valve, air vent valve, manometer and fill/drain valve.

Max. temperature 115 °C.

Optimal water velocity up to 2 m/s.

AIR-TOP Air separator

The AIR-TOP air separator is a device which reduces water velocity, transforming air into the tubing in micro-bubbles.
It replaces the normal automatic valve which only allows the bleeding of the air.

Its body consists of a cylindrical galvanised tube ST 37.1 with an air vent on the top. Inside there is a wire netting that allow the micro-bubbles ascent.

AIR-TOP tested pressure 6 bar, max temperature 115°C.

There are two versions with 1” and 1 ¼” connections.
